Glenn has over 20 years’ experience within the information technology services space and has successfully developed and deployed technology solutions spanning several industry verticals. Glenn joined Computershare in 2002 and was extensively involved in the successful design, standardisation and deployment of their software solutions globally. Subsequently, as the region’s CIO for 7 years, his responsibilities included Software Development, Infrastructure Delivery, Operational Services and Support for Computershare’s group of companies operating in the Asia Pacific region.
In his current role, within the Office of the CEO, Glenn has responsibility of Computershare’s global Process Automation initiative. Since launching in October 2016 Computershare have process automations now running in several countries, across several business lines.

Brandy is Digital Partner leading the global McKinsey Automation@Scale practice. She has 25 years of experience in running operations and helping companies achieve value from digital solutions. Throughout her career, she has maintained a focus on leveraging technology to drive lasting business results across an enterprise.
Within McKinsey, Brandy’s role includes working with our clients to ensure value capture by leveraging automation technologies as they bring the business strategy and insights to life around P&L efficiencies, customer journey innovation, and disruptive industry specific processes. Brandy maintains a strong focus on not only helping clients envision the possible and deliver automated journeys and processes, but in also performing capability building and workforce transformations that help the organization fully embrace “the possible” in order to surpass impact expectations. Prior to joining McKinsey, Brandy ran operations for Oracle North America, a role that spanned across sales, customer and call center operations of the $9b business.
Process Engineering Manager, CoE Process Engineering, Westpac New Zealand
Michelle is a Processing Engineering Manager at Westpac New Zealand where her main focus is on project management and process improvement. She is experienced in using and coaching Lean, Agile and Six Sigma methodologies and has been involved in Westpac’s RPA journey for the last 12months. Michelle has been in the finance sector for over 10 years and is a passionate advocate for customers and simple processes.

He has co-authored 54 books and 135 refereed papers in academic and practice journals such as the Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Management Review, MIS Quarterly, Journal of Management Studies and California Management Review.

Head of Process Excellence ANZ, Bupa
Kellie leads Bupa’s Process Excellence in A&NZ which includes all automation activities. She has 30 years experience in I.T., Operations, Manufacturing and transforming large global organisations in Hong Kong and the U.S. Kellie is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has introduced Lean, Human Centred Design and Robotics Process Automation and Chatbots to Bupa to reduce error, streamline processes and reengineer the way Bupa does business that enhances the customer experience.
With a passion for understanding the customer journey Kellie is known for aligning processes, people and innovative technology to how to do business and has created new ways of working at Bupa. Her breakthrough initiatives and start up concepts that have driven expedient improvements to gain customer satisfaction results
Kellie has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Florida University, and has won the Microsoft Global Award for Innovation and is a an active member of the AICD. Outside work she enjoys spending time with her husband on her home at Bribie Island taking long walks on the beach, swimming and fishing.
Andy Gillard, APAC Digital Operations Lead, EY
Andy Gillard is the lead partner for EY’s Financial Services Digital Operations practice across the APAC region, and represents the region on the firm’s global Digital Operations leadership team. EY’s solution encompasses process automation technologies including RPA, operating model change, workforce of the future considerations, risk management and end-to-end process transformation.
Prior to joining EY, Andy held a number of senior global banking operational transformation roles at Barclays, based out of the UK, including leading significant efficiency initiatives and leading the group’s global offshoring and nearshoring strategy.
