Tom is the VP, Digital Innovation at Baylor, Scott & White Health – the largest health system in Texas. In this role, Tom oversees BSWH’s digital assets and is also responsible for identifying and integrating digital innovations across the enterprise to drive our mission. Tom was previously a healthcare strategy leader at McKinsey & Co. Tom has a MA in Mathematics from Oxford University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Lee Coulter is Senior Vice President of Ascension and Chief Executive Officer of its shared services subsidiary, the Ascension Ministry Service Center.
Lee is a change leader with expertise in shared services, business process transformation, automation, and technology developed over 30 years in leadership positions across 7 industries in companies including General Electric, AON, Kraft Foods, and Ascension (the world’s largest non-profit health system). Lee chairs or serves on several industry boards (HfS, SSON, World BPO/ITO), and has been appointed as Chair of the IEEE Working Group on Standards in Intelligent Process Automation.
Office of FinTech Strategy, Executive Director, IT Architecture
Gordie has over 30 years of IT expertise, including IT strategy, database design and development, systems engineering, application development and architecture, and IT project management. He also has in depth knowledge of across the equities, fixed income and derivatives post-trade lifecycle.
In his current role, he is responsible jointly with DTCC’s Business Strategy team for leading DTCC’s FinTech initiatives. Additionally, Gordie directs DTCC’s User Experience program.
Gordie is a frequent speaker at IT and FinTech conferences. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Amherst College and interdisciplinary master’s degrees from Yale University and the University of Delaware.
Head of AI partnerships for Google Cloud
Naresh currently heads AI partnerships for Google Cloud, and prior to that led security and networking partnerships for Google Cloud. Having worn various hats in Software Engineering, Corporate Strategy, Product Management and Alliances & partnerships, he has deep appreciation for business challenges and a practitioner’s perspective of how technology can help improve workplace experience. Prior to Google he lead strategic alliances for Trend Micro and built products for Dell and Oracle. He gets very excited about AI and Machine Learning and sits squarely in the camp that believes that the next big industrial revolution will come from Artificial Intelligence.

Ken is a highly experienced senior executive in the Financial Services and Technology industries. As a proven technologist with a deep business, technology, and operations background; he has over thirty years experience specializing in all aspects of Retail and Commercial Banking and Wealth/Investment Management. Ken has been an agent of change working at national and international banking and securities firms driving business and technology transformation, enhancing strategic performance, and improving operational efficiency. Lastly, Ken was instrumental in working with major regulatory groups including the FDIC and US Treasury navigating through the financial crisis of 2007-2011 helping to restore confidence in America’s financial and economic foundation.
Ken is an Alumni of the University of North Carolina and his work includes a BA, MPA and PhD in Business.
